About Carol Flagg, CEO

Carol Flagg worked in executive and leadership management in the publishing industry for 20 years. Her experience in media included sales, new business generation, client relationship building, operations, marketing, promotions and budgeting. She also served as the Retail Advertising Chair for six years for the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, the national trade association serving the interests of alt-weeklies throughout North America. 

In 2008, she left the world of media to found Pivotal Solution Group, a corporate coaching and media consulting company.  The focus of the company is to facilitate change within organizations for better workplace communication and to set the tone for organizational development of key managers and personnel.  In 2009, she entered the world of health information technology and is a managing partner with HITECH Answers, a webinar-based content site providing resources and education to health care providers on the various facets of the HITECH Act.

She is a professional business coach and ACC certified by the International Coaching Federation as well as a licensed facilitator of the Coaching Clinic©, a world-renown leadership training workshop.  She is also an experienced public speaker and presenter.

About Jane Chambers

Jane Chambers has 18 years experience as part of the management team of a Fortune 100 company. She has expertise in leadership, people management, team development, coaching, emotional intelligence, hiring, project management, facilitation, mentoring, leadership, and organizational development. Her clients range from executives of Fortune 500 companies to solo entrepreneurs. Jane received her coach training through Coach U, Corporate Coach U, EQ at Work, Retirement Options and Newfield Network. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and past president of the International Coach Federation Greater Austin Chapter. Jane lives in Austin, Texas.

About Paul Curci

Paul Curci has 25 years of top management and leadership experience in the publishing industry. His strong creative background, rooted in fine arts, and a career focus in sales and marketing, has led to a successful executive coaching practice with a focus on creative service companies and organizations. Collaborating with groups and working with individuals to accomplish goals has always been his area of interest. He’s completed several leadership programs including the renowned Creative Energy Options’ Total Leadership Connection, an intensive year-long program teaching new dynamics that transform today’s business environment. He is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Paul lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
